The house has a collection of original and bespoke artwork, a vintage dansette record player and a smart TV. The bijou kitchen has everything you need and is completed with a nespresso coffee maker, a nespresso aeroccino and dab radio perfect for a lazy morning. The bathroom has a bath with shower. The house also features a private enclosed garden, with a table and chairs where you can relax after shopping or listen to the anthems being sung from the Principality Stadium when the roof is open... the atmosphere is electric. The neighbourhood is a stones throw from the beautiful Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, the Taff river and its boats, you can hope on and off these at various stages, leading you down to Cardiff Bay. There are countless cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. In just 5 minutes you can be in wonderful parkland, Sophia Gardens Sport Institute and Glamorgan Cricket Club is a 10 minute walk away. This really is the perfect location.
