The property is located on Roman Bank, Skegness one of the main roads leading to all the local attractions. Guests benefit from easy access to shops, petrol stations, takeaways, restaurants, pubs, and of course, the beach. Please note that while the property does not offer on-site parking, you can conveniently unload your belongings outside. Free parking is available just a two-minute walk away on nearby residential roads, and paid parking options are also available close by. Our apartments are designed for families and small groups. Two basement apartments feature exclusive access to our private garden. If this is important for your stay, please check apartment details before booking. Only these two garden-access apartments are pet-friendly. Please confirm pet policies before making your reservation, as not all apartments accept dogs. The secure outdoor garden is perfect for guests bringing pets, with a locked gate for safety, and tables and chairs so you can relax while your dogs enjoy the space. We do not provide any towels in our apartments, Bed linen is available at a charge.
