This secure, gated building of just seven flats (CCTV communal) in Woking offers a spacious, bright bedroom with a private bathroom all to yourself. Enjoy free parking inside the code‑locked gates, fast Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and a versatile TV - watch Freeview channels or plug in via HDMI to use it as a computer monitor. You’ll find heating and a fan can be provided if needed, a hairdryer, and ergonomic touches like a universal charger, phone holder, alarm clock, pens, stationery, mouse, and dock. Feel at home in the fully equipped kitchen - coffee machine, kettle, microwave, gas hob & oven, air fryer, fridge/freezer, and my enviable herbal‑tea collection—and take advantage of laundry facilities (chargeable for a small fee). Self-check-in makes arrival easy, and I’m always a message away.
