At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area that looks out onto the lush back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island and bar seating, oven, hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The dining area seats up to 8 guests, perfect for family meals or casual dinners. For extra comfort, there's a cosy additional TV room with a log burner, making it the perfect spot to unwind. GARDEN The spacious, astro-turfed garden has a BBQ, outdoor seating area, and even a ping pong table - ideal for children and adults alike. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS First Floor: Bedroom 1: Cosy double room with a small wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC (awaiting the bed.) Bedroom 3: Spacious double with wardrobe and desk, ideal for remote work. Family Bathroom: Featuring a freestanding bathtub, sink, and WC. Top Floor Master Suite: Bedroom 4: King-sized bed, Juliet balcony with far-reaching views over southwest London. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. WE LOVE The bright and airy open-plan layout that flows beautifully into the garden, the cosy second TV room with log burner, and the peaceful yet connected location. Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
