Victoria Cottage is a modernized workers cottage in the centre of the village of Norham in Northumberland. It has two bedrooms comprising of a king and a twin bed with a bathroom and a cloakroom, it can sleep up to four people. It contains a fully-furnished kitchen with a large conservatory and a sitting room with an open fire. There is road side parking with unlimited spaces to the front of the house, to the rear there is a large lawned garden with funiture and a barbecue. Situated in the heart of Norham, close to other busy English towns, Victoria Cottage is a fabuloud cottage suitable for the whole family. The historic village of Norham is most famous for its Norman Castle ruins, painted by Turner in 1845. The village has an excellent butcher and bakery, a Post Office, grocer, newsagent and two pubs, with an award-winning restaurant at the Wheatsheaf pub at nearby Swinton. Berwick-upon-Tweed is just 7 miles away, at the northern tip of Northumberland’s Heritage Coast, boasting many restaurants, cafes, pubs and a nearby links golf course. The Scottish capital of Edinburgh is just 40 minutes by train from Berwick.
