Victorian Semi with bags of character in a nice location within easy reach of Leeds City Centre by taxi or bus. Sleeps up to 3 people, contractors welcome. All the usual ameneties are in the house, all of good quality, TV in each room. There is private gated parking available at the front for up to 3 medium size vehicles.

I have been hosting this property for over 3 years and really enjoy welcoming people and making there stay as comfortable and stress free as possible, I am contactable 24/7 during the stay to resolve any issues that may arise, no issue is too small, guests comfort and safety are paramount.

Very nice area of Leeds with lots of local nearby amenities and only a short distance to larger amenities like supermarkets, sports facilities and retail parks. For any football fans, Elland Road is only 6 mins away by car.
