Newly renovated & completely refurbished, open & spacious loft apartment with mezzanine floor. Stairs lead you up to the loft apartment. Fabulous location which has spectacular views of surrounding countryside & Matlock’s Riber Castle.
Within easy flat walking distance of bars, shops & restaurants on Smedley St. Just a 5 minute walk will take you down to Matlock Town centre.
The glorious Derbyshire countryside is right on your doorstep.
Parking outside the flat is free but limited to 2 hours from 9-5pm Mon-Fri (free all weekend)
