Waterside Cottage is perfect for a family getaway or for working professionals who are working within Preston. The exterior features traditional red brick architecture with large windows allowing plenty of light. The Cottage is thoughtfully furnished to sleep four with both a double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room area.
It is a pet friendly home with an enclosed garden to keep your furry friends safe.
The living room offers a snug area to unwind with a plush sofa and flat screen smart TV. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, perfect for preparing meals after exploring the nearby attractions with a four seater breakfast bar for socialising over some food and wine. The bathroom is sleek with modern fixtures and a refreshing shower to relax in after a day out.
We are a family of 4 who are local to the area, my husband and I alongside our daughter and little Maltese Snoopy. We are happy to share all of our local knowledge with you and are contactable with any questions, queries or requests to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
Waterside Cottage is a charming urban retreat situated within Prestons Docklands. A stones throw away from the heart of Prestons Lively and Historic City, it blends modern convenience with local charm offering a cozy and comfortable escape. There are many parks and riverside walks around the area with the river ribble and lancaster canal closeby. A two minute walk from local supermarkets and restaraunts with public transport available to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is around a 15 minute walk to Prestons City Centre and University which has a number of attractions including vibrant markets and museums.
