Watts cottage is a unique home
Built in the 1800,s it was once a barn and converted into workers cottages.
Historic links to the famous Bexhill smuggling trade and the soldiers of the Napoleonic Wars who were billeted here.
As a historic home we have low beamed ceilings, steep stairs and the second bedroom opens into the stairway.
Our home may not be suitable for young children.
The beautiful manor barn gardens are only a few minutes walk, we are ideally located for weddings at the manor barn itself. Use of the manor gardens is free.
Checkin is self service using a key box to which the code will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival

Our home is located in the historic Bexhill old town, which is a quiet peaceful area.
Stepped in history and opposite St Peter’s church
Ideally located within walking distance of the manor barn gardens a popular wedding venue. We are also close to Bexhill beach and the famous De La Warr Pavilion which frequently hosts music, comedy and art performances and displays.
Excellent links to buses and the train station is a ten minute walk.
