The property is a newly renovated, self contained apartment, which was formerly the kitchen of our Victorian Farmhouse.
I am the owner of the property alongside my husband, Scott. We are situated just off the A9, providing an excellent stop off point whether you are travelling North or South in Scotland. In addition to this, the recent opening of Destiny Bridge in March 2025 means that we are now only 10 minutes from Scone - home of the popular tourist attractions Scone Palace and Perth Racecourse. Wee Kirkhill provides a relaxed home from home experience to relax and unwind in the beautiful surrounding countryside of North Perthshire.
Our property is detached and set within the North Perthshire countryside. There are many beautiful walks to discover including the nearby Nature Scotland Battleby grounds and Rookery woods. We are also close to the River Tay and some beautiful villages with local amenities - pubs, shops, restaurants, hairdressers, beauty salon etc We are also ideally placed to the A9 for travelling to the North or South of Scotland. The City of Perth is 4 miles South from the property.
