A welcoming 2-bed house with a relaxing living room (with double sofa bed), kitchen diner, Snug (with single day bed), Shower room, Two Stylish double bedrooms, 3 piece bathroom and private back yard. Free parking options & just a few minutes walk from St Helens Junction Train station. Good location to reach the Hospital, College & Retail parks. Handy for Haydock Industrial Park for places such as Amazon Distribution Centre, Kellogg's and Sainsburys Distribution. Easy reach to the M57, M6 and M62 for Liverpool, Warrington & Manchester. Plenty of local conveniences on hand. Please note: This property is a traditional Victorian terrace and has steep stairs that might not be suitable for some guests or people with mobility issues. However, there is a downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower and a single bed in the snug and also double sofa bed in the living room for guests preferring to remain downstairs. Bedding is available for the single day bed and double sofa bed. We require 24 hours notice for these to be prepared for you for your arrival. Chargeable Pet Stay option available for dogs to stay with you, on request.

Plenty of free parking options, nearby convenience store, launderette, cafe, take-away bars, restaurants and hairdressers. Just a few minutes walk to St Helens Junction Train Station and bus stop. Easy access to M57, for Liverpool, M6 for Warrington and M62 for Manchester. Not far from Aintree Racecourse and other local attractions.
