The cottage is our former home so it is very special to us - it is not just a holiday cottage! It has recently had a thorough 'makeover' and is looking beautiful. Since we started letting the cottage for holidays in July 2016 we have had nothing but fantastic comments from our guests. The cottage is very comfortable and is fully equipped with everything you will need and all bed linen and towels are provided.
The cottage is only a 10 minute drive from large supermarkets. The 'Countryman's Inn' is opposite and provides a very cosy and welcoming place for a quick drink or a lovely meal.
The countryside surrounding the cottage is beautiful and provides unlimited opportunities for walkers and cyclists to explore the area. The lovely market towns of Bedale, Richmond, Leyburn and Masham are all within a short drive each providing a range of different things to do including the Wensleydale Railway, Richmond Castle, Brewery Tours and 'Big Sheep Little Cow' for our smaller guests.
