Fairfax House Apartment 2, is a luxurious ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment including onsite parking, in the heart of Worcester City Centre and only a stone's throw away from the shops and the Cathedral. If you're here on a business trip, visiting friends or even enjoying the local tourist attractions this will be the perfect place for you to stay for a short or long term stay. The apartment includes 2 double beds, sofa, love seat, smart tv, fully fitted kitchen and dining for 4 guests plus a patio area. The unique ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2 has a double bed also. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to five hundred pounds during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please can you complete both the steps before you arrive at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city centre close to all amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops and with transport links on the doorstep. There is a small supermarket 75 yards from the apartment for your convenience. With only a 7 minutes walk you can have a lovely stroll along the river, take a boat trip or just sit outside one of the lovely restaurant/hotels and watch the world go by. Close to the river there is also a Theatre with a lovely restaurant close by to fully enjoy the experience. Located in the same area is Worcester racecourse where you can enjoy the racing during summer or even festivals, fairs and events such as bonfire night year round.
