The apartment has certainly got the wow factor and includes a double bed, sofa, smart tv, kitchen and dining for 2 guests. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a communal terrace area at the back of the property for dining and relaxing outdoors. Please note that there is no elevator in this building. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked through third-party provider Truvi to complete guest verification and also purchase a damage waiver which will protect you in case of accidental damage of up to five hundred pounds during your stay. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
