Nestled among the rolling Devon fields in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this recently renovated gem provides the perfect rural retreat for those seeking peace, tranquillity, and a touch of rustic elegance. Step through the front door into a welcoming space. To your right, you'll find a cozy double bedroom with ample storage and a comfortable double bed. Adjacent is a newly fitted shower room with a modern WC. To the left of the entrance lies a spacious kitchen and dining area, boasting picturesque views over the scenic countryside and the cottage's secluded garden. This well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying family gatherings. Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor. The master bedroom features a luxurious super king bed, exposed beams, and stunning views of the surrounding fields. This room can be configured as two single beds upon request, ensuring flexibility for your stay. Also on the first floor, the inviting lounge offers comfortable seating for four, a smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cosy winter evenings. Relax and unwind with your favourite book or movie, enveloped in warmth and comfort. Outside Space: From the kitchen, step out into a delightful seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. To the other side of the kitchen, access the beautiful enclosed cottage garden, complete with a coal BBQ. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing day in the sun and alfresco dinners. Parking & EV Charging: Whitley Farm Cottage offers parking for two cars on the gravel next to the cottage. Additionally, an EV charger is available for an additional cost - please inform us prior to your stay if this is required.
