Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Whitley Farm Dairy is a detached cottage, full of charm and character with spacious accommodation for 4 people. This 17th Century converted dairy nestles amongst rolling Devon fields in the heart of an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Far from the crowd, this idyllic rural retreat, offers privacy in a quiet and secluded position. This is the ideal holiday cottage for those wanting peace and tranquillity, birdsong and stargazing. The owners live in the neighbouring farmhouse and are happy to share recommendations on the area but will leave you in peace. Once inside there is a spacious open plan living area with exposed beams and French doors to the patio area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area to seat 4 guests. Bedroom 1- A ground floor double bedroom with zip and link beds. This room will be made up as a twin unless you request a super king bed. Bathroom- There is a shower room with hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2- Stairs from the living room lead to an open plan galleried second bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail. The property is presented to a high standard with underfloor heating, comfortable furnishings and lovely beds. Outside Space- Large private enclosed garden, courtyard and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. The Linhay provides undercover storage area for cars & bikes. Parking - There is ample private parking for 2 cars in the gravel driveway or linhay.

Whitley Farm Dairy is a short walk from the pretty Devon village Farway, with its Norman church, easy access to many beautiful footpaths including East Devon Way footpath and Devenish Pit riding stables and Honiton Golf Course. Farway is just a 5 minutes' drive to 'The Hare & Hounds' a good local pub with super food and garden. The Jurassic coastal towns of Sidmouth and Beer are a 15-minute drive for a great day out.
