A delightful detached cottage nestled in its own private garden within the owners two acre grounds. The plot is surrounded by open farmland. It is a light and airy property fully furnished and modernised throughout. The bedroom has a 6' double bed which can be split into twin beds if required. The ensuite provides a large walk in shower with instant hot water. French doors open out onto a south westerly facing patio and garden via the bedroom and lounge. Within the garden there are BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture. For long term stays an outhouse provides a utility area and mini freezer.
We do have a collie so please let us know if you feel uneasy about our 4 legged friend.
Deborah and Steve will welcome guests on arrival and hand over the keys and give any information required. There are a lot of country pubs and places of interest we can recommend.
The property is down a quiet no through country lane and within walking distance to the Brooks Nature Reserve. The local pub is a 10 minute walk. Close by are a variety of supermarkets and fast food outlets. There is a lot to offer in this area of West Sussex from beaches to beautiful countryside . West Wittering beach is a favourite for walking and watersports. For shopping, restaurants and places of historical interest we have Chichester, Arundel and Petworth.
