Hi. The property is a 35x12 (420sq.ft) static caravan here on 7 Lakes' country park. Not far a walk to the various lakes from this van and just a few minutes away. A quiet, nature filled, quiet location within a large country park location with lakes, waterways, treed areas and lovely walks. I like to offer a comfortable, reasonable priced holiday home for rent out, and a hands on service, always available to help in any way i can. I enjoy hosting and looking after folks and i like everything to be just right. I also offer fully kitted out caravans like a home from home. Very well equipped. Bed linen and towels and all the general stuff you will require is provided. Lots of stuff available to you. The van is clean, tidy and cosy too and gas four beds in it plus a small fold out sofa bed chair that is suitable for smaller adults and children and it can go in either the main bedroom easily or indeed into the lounge area (and is 2.5ft wide approx and 5ft 10 ish in length roughly.). The other beds are standard ones, although the master bedroom bed is a large one and King Size. The van can therefore accommodate up to five persons, but generally set as x4. A fold out cot us also available as well as all the above for babies and toddlers up to 2 years old, as well. Games, books and dvds are also available in the van amongst other things to keep you entertained, plus it has a roku streaming box stick with various platforms to watch from. All towels and linen as well as tea and coffee etc are all provided too. Lots of the stuff in there is brand new. I offer a good service i feel and enjoy chatting and meeting new people. A very tranquil site amongst nature, set in a lovely country park amongst many many many acres space, complete with waterways, lakes and woodland (and fabulous walks in the countryside) with birds and wildlife a-plenty. All within peaceful, relaxing and friendly surroundings. The site also has a pub/restaurant, ice cream parlour and laundrette facilities, all of which are of a good standard and well priced. A lovely site. :). Its quiet too and great for a steady and relaxing getaway. PS of note this caravan is not waterside but is within a few minutes walk only of the lakes, just for further information. It is tucked out of the way in a pretty quiet end, off the main drag on a small cul-de-sac in the corner. Not a lot of footfall or vehicles down this part and is a lovely, steady and more private part of site, with a back drop of willow trees and bankings.
