Set within the heart of Norfolk, the family-run Yaxham Mill consists of 6 en-suite double bedrooms located just a 2-minute drive from the A47. The guest bedrooms are contemporary in style and they all feature an en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is also included in each room. There is a well regarded Indian restaurant called Rani's nearby. there are also pubs and restaurants in the nearby town of Dereham and the surrounding area. Yaxham Mill is in th heart of Norfolk and it is less than 30 miles from the Norfolk broads, the North Norfolk coast is 23 miles away with Wells, Cromer, and Holt within easy reach. There are also variety of attractions such as Sandringham, Roarrrr Dinosaur Park, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park a short drive away.

The guest bedrooms are contemporary in style and they all feature an ensuite shower room and a flat screen TV as well as complimentary tea and coffee,, bottle of water, biscuits, kettle and hair dryer. All guest rooms are in our accommodation building adjoining the Mill Tower. Our breakfast is currently served in our Windmill Tower which dates from 1860. Our options include full English breakfast, breakfast baps, continental breakfast (croissants), and a help yourself buffet with cereals, yogurts, fruit juices and toast with jams, butter, marmalade provided.
Set within the heart of Norfolk, the family-run Yaxham Mill consists of a six bedroom extension to the Mill located just a 2-minute drive from the A47. Please note that there are no rooms in the old Mill building itself.
The Yaxham Mill is less than 30 miles from the Norfolk Broads, Cromer and Holt. Great Yarmouth can be reached in less than an hour and Norwich is 12 miles away. The town of Dereham is just 2.5 miles away and has a variety of shops and cafes including Starbucks, Costa, McDonalds plus all the usual supermarkets. Dereham also has museums and the Mid Norfolk Railway at Dereham station features many events such as Blues Festival, 1940's weekend, and at Christmas the Polar Express,
