Yew Tree House is situated in the Heart of Arundel. It has everything you need and want from a holiday home. The kitchen is well equipped with all the white goods, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. On the ground floor there is a downstairs cloakroom, a cosy living room with a dining table, and this leads out into the back garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, bedroom one has a king size bed with a Smart TV, bedroom two has a double bed. There is a bathroom with the choice of using the bath or shower. There is private allocated parking for 1 Car only. Please note that work vehicles are not permitted in the close and will have to find alternative parking.
