The barn is up an unmade track which is rough at the start, keep to one side, not the middle, go slowly and you’ll be fine, I go up it in a bmw Mini Cooper! The nearest neighbour is on the far side of a five acre field. We are between Lampeter and Tregaron, beneath the Cambrian mountains. The Talbot hotel in Tregaron is friendly and good food, also the Indian restaurant in Lampeter and the harbour master in Aberaeron.
You will need transport by car, but when there use a bike or walk.
