Beautifully finished, loved the flat, very clean and exceptionally equipped. Perfect location although not Church town. Only thing missing is a full length mirror, maybe on the back of one of the doors or hall. Would highly recommend.

Hi and Welcome, I'm so excited to welcome you to our recently renovated apartment, centrally located for Southport's famous Lord Street and Churchtown Village. I've lived in Southport all my life and I'm still finding something new and exciting about this beautiful coastal town. This property has been in our family since 2023, during that time, I've fallen in love with its charm and many features. The property has quite a few stories to tell, that's the part I love, my husband and I have recently lovingly restored it and paid particular attention to how any family set up would like to live in it. We feel it is now ready for a new era of welcoming guests. We love providing our guests with a beautiful apartment to stay in and offering a wealth of local knowledge. It means a lot to us, to be part of your trip and memories.

Welcome to our beautiful property nestled close to Lord Street and Churchtown Village. Whether you're seeking the charm of a bygone era, the convenience of a bustling village nightlife, the thrill of world-class golf, or the excitement of Liverpool, our property ticks all the boxes. My husband and I have renovated the apartment over the last two years, keeping our guests needs at the forefront of our plans. The brand new Kitchen and Bathroom are highlights of the work we have invested. The building benefits from having four apartments and we have a very close relationship with our neighbours. The apartment is located on the first floor and has an entrance which is shared with one other flat, it is quiet and the ideal space for our guests needs.

We love the area around the apartment, it benefits from being walking distance from Lord street and all the main attractions. The apartment is located across the road from a shopping parade which has a pub The Mount, a chocolate shop selling coffees and the most delicious cakes and chocolates, Toms Chinese takeaway and a huge petrol station and mini market.
