the property is located near the sea. you need 3 minutes to 26 May park and 10 minutes to Sea. Apartment is Cozy with double windows in Balcony. In the yard there is a stadium and the square for children, where you can enjoy with your children

There is 24/7 markets and pharmacy around the house. Also many restaurants are located in this area. There is a Police Station on the first floor of the house, so you can feel absolutely safe and enjoy your stay here
