It's a private property, Apartment - Ground Floor is on the first floor, and Second apartment is in the garden separately. Both Apartment has very neat, quiet and pleasant interieur with beautiful view.
An advantage of this place is that near the hotel Is Metro Marjanishvili, many bus stops and taxis.Except this, on square are many clothing shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, banks and theatre. Also, Around of the property there is Fabrica, New Aghmashenebeli street, Supermarkets and Parks.
