Комфортабельная просторная квартира на первом этаже высоко цокольного дома, в самом центре города, на пр. М.Абашидзе, с двумя спальнями. В 100метрах находится Парк 6-мая, Приморский бульвар, гостиница "Шератон". Морской пляж в150м. Близ дома находятся множество кафе и ресторанов, маркеты и банки.Очень удобное расположение для полноценного отдыха.
