The layout of the space is inspired by traditional Pelion architecture. - Apartment: The main house is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. Covering an area of approximately 80m², it features a large kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, and more. Additionally, there is a spacious living room with a smart TV and a fireplace. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and smart TV, the other with two single beds) and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. All rooms have large windows that provide ample natural light. - Garden: There is a spacious garden with plenty of privacy, several seating areas, and a built-in grill that you are welcome to use, ideally under the starry sky with great company. *We welcome pets, but please keep them in the garden, not inside the house. The property is fully fenced, and you can close the sliding gate of the parking area so your four-legged friend can roam freely. **Cleaning: Please note that there is no interim cleaning service at our property. My name is Athina, and since childhood, I have been helping my parents with room rentals. It has become an integral part of my life. Together with my partner Konstantinos, who has also been in the industry for several years, we are continuing this tradition. Konstantinos loves meeting new people in his job as a bartender and brings this passion into our rental business as well. Being hosts brings us great joy because it gives us the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and provide them with a pleasant stay.
