Our rooms are located in the area of ​​Panagia, with unrestricted views, very close to the city center of Kavala, also known as the "Monte Carlo" of Greece. Its enchanting location, overlooking the city and the port, guarantee a unique vacation. It takes only 2 to 3 minutes by car or on foot to reach the heart and center of Kavala, where guests can enjoy coffee, take a walk on the beautiful beach or have a meal at one of the seaside restaurants. The rooms are arranged on the first, second and third floors through stairs. On the first floor, there is also a charming yard available for the use of guests, from where you can enjoy the view. All over the building there is free WiFi and from now on upgraded to 100mbps. A trademark of the city is the Castle that dominates the top of the peninsula of Panagia and the arches. At 15km is the archeological site of Philippi (birthplace of Alexander the Great) and a little further is the baptistery of Lydia. At about 50km you can visit the river Nestos.

Τα δωμάτια μας βρίσκονται στην περιοχή της Παναγίας, με απεριόριστη θέα, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης της Καβάλας, γνωστή και ως το "Μόντε Κάρλο" της Ελλάδας. Η μαγευτική του τοποθεσία, με θέα την πόλη και το λιμάνι, εγγυώνται μοναδικές διακοπές. Χρειάζονται μόνο 2 με 3 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο ή με τα πόδια για να φτάσετε στην καρδιά και στο κέντρο της Καβάλας, όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν καφέ, να κάνουν μια βόλτα στην πανέμορφη παραλία ή να έχουν ένα γεύμα σε ένα από τα παραθαλάσσια εστιατόρια. Σήμα κατατεθέν της πόλης το Κάστρο που δεσπόζει στην κορυφή της χερσονήσου της Παναγίας και οι καμάρες. Στα 15χλμ βρίσκεται ο αρχαιολογικός χώρος Φιλίππων (γεννέτηρα του Μ. Αλέξανδρου) και λίγο πιο δίπλα βρίσκεται το βαπτιστήριο της Λυδίας, ενώ στα αριστερά σε απόσταση 3χλμ συναντάτε τα ιαματικά λασπόλουτρα. Στα 50χλμ περίπου μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε τον ποταμό Νέστο. Στα 80χλμ περίπου μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο Φαλακρού της Δράμας.
