The house is located in the traditional part of the village and is only accessible via a short path with wide stone steps. The beach is accessible in 50m. on foot by stone stairs. At the backside of the building, which belongs to the whole complex and not exclusively to one of the apartments, there is an outdoor shower. Do bear in mind that the shower is common for both apartments of the complex. Since it can be used by the tenants of the other apartments, please note that the backyard is not private. On the terrace, there is a wooden table with chairs and 2 sunbeds. An opening pergola provides shade along the entire length of the terrace during the day and an unobstructed view of the sky at night. On the balcony of the first floor, there is an outdoor built-in couch, a small round table with 2 chairs and pergola for permanent shading. Baby cot available. The maisonette is located in a complex of three houses, where the two of them are available for rent. Ideal for large groups who would like to rent both houses simultaneously. Both houses can accommodate, using folding beds, up to 15 people in total. Without using folding beds, the 3-bedroom maisonette accommodates 8 people and the 1-bedroom house, located next to the maisonette, accommodates 5 people (7 people in case of folding beds). Each has its own terrace with panoramic sea views.

Mini markets, cafés, tavernas, and a public parking area are located just 300 meters away. Faros boasts three distinct beaches: the main beach in front of the parking area, the sheltered cove of Glyfo — where the house is located — and the beach of Fasolou. All three beaches have sandy shores and are ideal for families with young children. Sifnos is renowned for its network of hiking trails. The total length of the trails exceeds 100 kilometers and is divided into 19 beautiful routes, all mapped and available on the Sifnos Trails website. Trail No. 2 passes through Glyfo and starts from Kastro, ending at the church of Panagia Chrysopigi.
