Apanemia Luxury Villa is a first-class villa of exclusive style and sophisticated architecture, secluded and luxurious, offering an exceptional holiday retreat. Located at the top of a hill, the villa enjoys magnificent and uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea, the town of Lefkas and massive plains of olive trees. Its total floor space is 350 sq. m. spread out in 3 stunningly designed levels, discreetly blended with the natural environment. The villa has three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms but also an additional separate apartment with an extra bedroom (total bedrooms 4) and sitting room. In the case of 4 or fewer guests, with no use of the separate apartment, we offer a 10% discount to the prices listed
The hosts, Makis and Argy, have built this villa as their our house, so they have focused in using quality materials and lots of attention of detail. Their primary business is the hospitality industry so they know how important is to provide not only a simple stay, but a memorable experience to their guests. They are 24/7 discreetly available for you.
The villa is nestled in a 6,000sq.m. plot of land, overlooking Lefkada town, blending with the natural environment of olive trees and lush greenery, secluded, with no other buildings around. It is located just a few minutes’ drive from the heart of the town of Lefkas and the famous sandy beaches of the North and West coast.
