A newly refurbished 80m² flat on the 2nd floor of a grand central building located in the central Athens just 3km away from the historical centre! This modern with a touch of boho style apartment, including two super comfy bedrooms and a spacious living room as well as two balconies looking at the green yards of the building, offers a warm home feeling that makes your living experience in Athens unique!
I love meeting people from different countries and cultures! Sharing information for the way of living in my country but also guests' countries is always interesting to me! Learning new languages is one of my hobbies!
A very safe neighborhood in the centre of Athens combining the liveliness and convenience of a big city and the intimacy and the hospitality of a small village! The property is just across Athens Tower, the highest building in Greece! It is distanced 3km from Syntagma square and the historic centre of Athens! Places of interest around: Athens Concert Hall, American Embassy, National Gallery, universities, hospitals. It is also distanced 10’ walking from Metro Ampelokipi which serves directly Athens International Airport in 35' and Piraeus Port in 29'.
