Διαθέτει 1 άνετο υπνοδωμάτιο, 1 μπάνιο, 2 smart τηλεόρασεις (50" στο σαλόνι και 32" στο υπνοδωμάτιο) , 2 inverter A/C 12000btu στο σαλόνι και στο υπνοδωμάτιο , internet 50Mbps ,πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με σκεύη και μικροσυσκευές για προετοιμασία πρωινού και γευμάτων, πλυντήριο ρούχων, κ.α Ένα κατάλυμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στην καρδιά της Αλεξανδρούπολης για μία αξέχαστη διαμονή.
Εκεί οπού χτυπάει η καρδιά της πόλης, μέσα στην αγορά, στα καφέ και τα εστιατόρια. 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική λεωφόρο 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κύριο αξιοθέατο της Αλεξανδρούπολης ,τον Φάρο της. Σε μία υπέροχη γειτονιά (κέντρο-απόκεντρο) για να γνωρίσεις και να απολαύσεις τις ομορφιές της Αλεξανδρούπολης...με τα πόδια!!!
