Barounia Suite is located in Iraklitsa and belongs to a complex of 10 residences with an outdoor pool. The apartment has a total area of 102 sq.m., of which 15 sq.m. is a terrace with view. It consists of a spacious kitchen with a dining counter, a living room with a 43" smart TV and air conditioning, a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a room with a sofa/bed and a desk, as well as a bathroom with an open shower, a washing machine and a hairdryer. In the attic there are 2 single beds, a hanger rail with hangers, a 32" smart TV and air conditioning as well as a bathroom with a shower. From 01.06 it has a free private garage upon request, with the possibility of parking a 2nd vehicle outside the garage door.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just 250m from the center of the village, where you can find cafes, taverns, snack bars, a pharmacy, various groceries, supermarket etc. At only 350m from the apartment you cand find the Iraklitsa Bay organized beaches and at 5 km distance, you will find the organized beach bars of the famous "ammolofoi".
