An amazing 250m2 villa with all the amenities you may need. Situated at one of the most beautiful locations in Halkidiki, Hanioti, the villa will provide an unforgettable experience. The 180 degrees astonishing sea and mountain view, will take your breath away. Consisting of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms spread over 3 floors, the villa can comfortably sleep 10 people or up to 12 if you fancy a sleep on the couch ! :) There is also a huge private parking space, that can fit up to 6 cars ! The space is big as also cosy and it can comfortably sleep 10 guests. It is perfect for all sorts of groups, from a couple to a family and even bigger families :) There are 5 bedrooms in total. Two of them are situated on the -1 floor and 3 on the first floor. Two of the three bedrooms, on the first floor, are connecting via a door as they are meant to be for kids but can easily sleep adults too. There are 2.5 bathrooms. Floors with bedrooms have full ones while the main floor has a half one. There is a big designated barbecue area as also private parking space that can fit up to 6 cars ( 2 of them covered by roof).

The neighbourhood is quiet and will provide the necessary tranquility that you need on your precious vacation time. The beach is 450m away although a car is recommended. Supermarkets are 500m away and the village about 800m. The view is breathtaking as it is 180 degrees and panoramic and you can see all of the 2nd leg opposite the villa :)
