Villa Elaionas 1 is a brand new residence in an olive tree of hundreds of years old! A beautiful contrast of the past that mingles with the modern comforts of the residence.The view of the balconies is beautiful! The eyes are lost in the green emerald of trees and fields and end to contemplate the blue of the sea.To the north hills planted with pines and olive trees and in the distance the majestic Ainos mountain.The 105 square meters villa is spread over two floors. The living room with modern furniture and comfortable in front of a beautiful terrace always sunny and furnished to take the meal under the rays of the sun or dinner under a sky studded with stars. The kitchen is also on the first floor in pale colors and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy delicious dishes. On the second floor two rooms with double beds with natural mattresses offer a sleep of dreams. In the middle a bathroom with a warm and welcoming rustic style. The rooms give to a big terrace. The view on the green and the blue is breathtaking.Not far from this house the picturesque village of Svoronata takes you past with the beautiful traditional houses and the church of Saint Nicolas,
which dominates the village.The most beautiful beaches of the island with golden sand and turquoise waters very few km away. The superb Aï-Helis with the island of Dias in the distance, Avithos but also the famous Makris and Platis Gialos with bars and sports sea. The host of the house ms Kyriaki is always available to help you and answer all your needs. She speaks English and French too. Do not hesitate to ask any information as she knows the island of Kefalonia very well. The small details make the difference to your trip and your stay! I makes me happy is to see my guests leave with the biggest smile ! The most beautiful beaches of the island with golden sand and turquoise waters very few km away. Wellcome meeting upon arrival . Usefull handwritten instructions are given and details for all kefalonian island !! .Always available ,for each possible help awards guidelines for sightseeings excursion point of interest restaurants magazines and alternative natural turism,and what otherwise need.Owners are very kind persons, are fluent with the English french language.The house designed and built with the highest quality and respect for the environment.

WAY ) The neighborhood includes multifunctional coffe restaurant mini market buses car rental daily round trip adventure extreme sports, discover by walking small paths near the village svoronata, historical house,visiting olive oils traditional family small factory ,to taste in famous and unique wine's variety or robola winery.The capital argostoli is running from the house 10 min with car. Excursion to the national forests,mountain Ainos, with the world's only monumental black pine and black alley. you can swim by wearing a mask by dropping the deep into the famous beaches and visiting the large cave dwelling houses of sea seals and turtles.
