Hello there, I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector. One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable. I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself. The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile). The newly renovated Byblos holiday villa is located in the popular city of Rethymno on the resort island of Crete. While this elegant Greek vacation rental is close to many popular beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, the Byblos luxury villa is also the ideal setting for a sumptuous, exclusive holiday. This Crete villa is in the renowned holiday region of Rethymno and has a unique style, combining traditional elements with modern elegance. It can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its main house, 2 maisonettes, and a small studio. Originally established in the 17th century, the villa has recently been renovated to ensure that guests enjoy the perfect Greek holiday experience. The living room at Byblos Villa are stylishly furnished with modern, comfortable seating, satellite Smart TV and it’s a cast iron stove, it’s not made of stone. There is a uniquely styled dining room with ample seating for guests and elegant lighting. Important Notice : -Due to the fact that property is located in the middle of the old town of Rethymnon, after 11:30 pm the guests must keep the noise down and also from 3pm to 5-30pm -Parking with payment 150 meters away -Heating for the fireplace and wood stove 30 euro per day extra charge .

Byblos Villa is in the ancient city of Rethymno on the resort island of Crete, Greece. Popular Rethymno tourist attractions include walking the cobbled streets of the old town, visiting local trade stalls, the remarkable Venetian harbor, and the Rethymno Lighthouse, built in the 1830s. Archeological sites to visit include the Rimondi Fountain and the 16th-century Paleokastro fortress, as well as the renowned Archaeological Museum of Rethymno. Porta Guora, at the south end of the old town, is the last remaining part of the historic city walls. The Historical & Folk Art Museum of Rethymno is also a must-see while visiting the island. Further afield (36 kilometers south of Rethymno) is the gorgeous Preveli beach, nestled below the Preveli Monastery. Chania International Airport is 66km and Heraklion International Airport is 85km.
