Το διαμερισμα βρισκεται 200 μετρα απο το κεντρο της πολης και 400 μετρα απο το κεντρικό Λιμάνι. Εχει πορτα ασφαλείας. Ειναι ήσυχη περιοχή εχει στα 50μετρα 3 super markets καταστήματα καφέ φαρμακεια και την κεντρική αγορά του νησιού. απέχει επίσης 50 μετρα απο τις συγκοινωνίες των λεοφωρείων
