Our neighbourhood is right on the coastal line of Kalyves, a few meters from the beach, with many shops surrounding it. They vary from cafeterias, where you can enjoy your coffee gazing at the sea to restaurants with great menus specializing on seafood! You can find them walking towards the eastern side of the hotel, leading to Kalives center via the coastal road. As you look towards west, you can see the Glaros or Kolatsos beach, the biggest and quietest one in Kalyves. It is at a close distance from us -only 500 meters- and there you can find cafes, and restaurants you can visit after taking the day's dive. Moreover, there is a great number of minimarkets, souvenir shops, fast food restaurants and liquor stores as you walk towards to the center of the village, where you can buy any kind of stuff or you can visit the supermarket which is located before the entrance of the village as you come from Chania.
