Villa Christina is located on a hilltop at Saronida, 850 meters (13 minutes’ walk) from the beach and the main shopping street and square with restaurants. The hilltop neighbourhood is quiet, with wide streets and many trees. The property has a spacious front garden, three balconies and a backyard terrace with a huge marble table that comfortably fits 15 people to entertain! At the backyard area is also the private pool which is not shared with any other apartment, belongs solely to the villa's occupants. The pool is open all year round with weekly maintenance in the summer months and bi-weekly during the winter. There is a a little shallow area around its jacuzzi section and then continues to a deeper area, suitable for dives! On the ground floor there is the living room with a comfortable large sofa that converts to a double sofa bed, an open fireplace, the kitchen with a small dining area, and it includes new quiet dishwasher and washing machines from Bosch, a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction cooker and oven, a Samsung fridge with spacious freezer as well as a utility cupboard. The Sony TV is connected to the very strong Wi-Fi and includes Netflix, YouTube etc.
There is a guest WC and the living room's front terrace is beautiful for breakfast during the summer months. The kitchen has its own access to the backyard terrace with the marble dining table and the pool. The back yard (next to the pool) has a very large marble table with corner bench seats which is the ideal area for a sit-together at all times of the day and can accommodate a nice BBQ. With an outdoor shower, one can freshen up after swimming and could continue sun-bathing with a relaxing book and music! Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms, bathroom with WC and a walk-in shower, as well as a loft where an additional two people could sleep at. The balcony from the master bedroom, provides beautiful views of the moon and stars which are visible on most nights. All beds have new and very good quality mattresses and bed linen and mattress protection. All rooms have air conditioning for the summer and individual electric heaters for the winter. All windows and doors have an extra layer of net shutters, so that no mosquitos or other insects enter the house. The property is professionally cleaned twice a year against pesticides, like hotels do.
The property is fitted with security alarm, fire alarms and a fire extinguishers. We care a lot about hygiene and pay most attention in thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the property, while avoiding back-to-back reservations where possible. You can explore the surrounding areas along the magnificent coastline, stretching from historic Sounio, all the way to trendy Glyfada by car. Depending on your tastes, we will be able to advise you which beach resorts would be suit your taste, as well as provide information on everything, from transport, car rental, eating out, delivery food or delivery supermarket, fresh local markets, open air cinemas in the summer, concerts, restaurants and monuments in Athens or nearby. Sarondia offers a plethora of quality tavernas, pizzerias, coffee places and bakeries, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM, ice-cream shops, summer open air cinemas and bars, all less than 15 minutes walk away.
