Unique fully equiped house being located next to the beaches of the Anemomylos area , a very interesting part of the town of Corfu, very close to many attractions and the historical center. It consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom at the ground floor (with two sofas/beds) and a master bedroom on the loft. Outside the house there is a private garden offering a wonderful seaview and most importantly ,in front of the garden, a private parking (free) for your car !
We are a couple who has some experience in tourism . The family runs also a Hotel.
Anemomylos is the part of Corfu town from where begins the seaside promenade that leads to the historic centre of Corfu. Where the locals enjoy their walk, bike (there's a bicycle path) or go jogging while admiring the stunning views of the Old Fortress. In the area there are many restaurants (tavernas) with good local food and several cafes. It is one of the liveliest part of the island during the summer. The combination of easy access to the historic center of the town and the sea , is what makes this area of Corfu Town the perfect place for summer holidays . The summer night life of the island (clubs and discos etc.) is a 5 ' drive from here. Also, this area is a perfect base for exploring the whole island (by car or by bus) since it is located in the center of the island and most of the best beaches are no more than 20-30 minutes drive from here.
