A large, spacious and bright 3-level house, with minimal decoration, quiet, comfortable, with a large veranda, front yard and balcony in the bedrooms, with 1 bathroom and 1 wc. Netflix is provided for free. The house has one air conditioner in the living room, one in the hallway outside the 3 bedrooms facing the bedrooms and one additional air conditioner in the big bedroom. (Heating in wintertime also by air-conditioning)(The fireplace is not for use)
