A sliding glass door opens up to a generous terrace that overlooks the private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, alongside a dining area with a table and chairs. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy couch and a smart TV for your entertainment. The bedroom, located to the right, you will find a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and toilet. From the bedroom, enjoy views of the garden, pool, and the shimmering sea. The outdoor space offers a welcoming terrace with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for enjoying peaceful moments. The private swimming pool, measuring 25 square meters, is accompanied by lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation. Guest Access
You will have your own private villa and swimming pool, ensuring complete privacy and exclusivity during your stay. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival.
