Evion Residence is a privately owned complex with swimming pools in Nikiti, within walking distance from the beach. Modern and luxury furnished apartments located on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable. The furnished terraces have direct access to the swimming pool. The design of these apartments ensures that each apartment is bright and airy, creating a cool comfortable living space with panoramic views across the pool area. All our properties are furnished with great attention to detail and consists of 2 separate rooms with Queen size bed, spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Starlink internet, A/C, comfortable sofa /sleeps 2/, Bathroom with Shower/WC and French door leading to a cozy veranda where you could enjoy beautiful sunset. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas as well as spacious shared BBQ area with seating area to share evening with family or friends. Evion Residence is not a hotel, but privately owned and rented out apartments.
