Hello everybody, our beach house is in Nea Kallikratia, Halkidiki, 38 km from Thessaloniki airport. It has two floors. Downstairs is a very spacious kitchen, living and dining area and the bathroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms, furnished with 3 double beds and a toilet. In addition, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and television with satellite channels. The house is located in a very quiet, rarely traveled side street and is ideal for families with children! The sandy, organized beach is just 500 meters on foot.
469/5000 We live and work in Germany. We fly to Chalkidiki as often as possible to recover from everyday life. With our small boat we go fishing and usually make day trips for example. to Thessaloniki or to Halkidiki. We would like to show our guests a beautiful "spot earth" in Chalikidiki. It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable, therefore we do everything so that our guests can recover well!
There are many olive trees in the area. The house is in a very quiet location. At the beach you will meet mainly local visitors. You can rent a canoe, pedal boat or jet ski on the beach. The pedal boats are equipped with children slides. The town of Nea Kallikrata is about 4.5 km away. Therefore, it is recommended to rent a car. Tuesdays are always market in Nea Kallikratia. Here you get freshly caught fish, great vegetables and many local specialties!
