This unique apartment is ideal for couples but can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 3 people! Located in a family-owned residential building, it offers a quiet and relaxing stay. It is literally 5 meters away from Ammos Beach, in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. The city center is just a 3-minute walk, while the port, where the market and most dining options are located, is only 5 minutes away. Right next to the apartment, you will find beachfront restaurants of all kinds, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, a gym, and a sports field. Parking options, both free and paid, are available in the surrounding area. In just 4 minutes on foot, you can reach a beach bar, while the famous Votsalo-Gargadoros beach and cafe is an 8-minute walk away. Finally, the Almyros-Blue River beach is located just 15 minutes away on foot. Although the apartment does not feature a balcony with a sea view, its location offers an unparalleled advantage: grab your swimsuit and be on the beach in less than a minute!
