The K4 City Apartments and Studios are situated in the heart of Thessaloniki, near the Church of Agioi Apostoloi — the city’s oldest church and a UNESCO World Heritage Site —and place you in an authentic local neighborhood where you’ll quickly feel at home. There are six fully renovated and tastefully decorated apartments located on the 4th floor of the building, which is equipped with an elevator. - K401 is a 28 sqm studio, which can comfortably accommodate up to two guests. It features a comfortable double bed, a cozy lounge area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and refrigerator. - K402 is a 35 sqm apartment, that can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and refrigerator. - K403 and K404 are 26 sqm studio-apartments that can comfortably accommodate up to two guests each. Each studio features a cozy double bed, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a high dining table and two stools. The kitchen includes a portable cooktop, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and mini fridge. -K405 and K406 are 45 sqm apartments that feature a separate bedroom with a double bed and a dedicated workspace, offering city views. The open-plan kitchen includes a high dining table with two stools and is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The lounge area features a sofa that converts into a double bed, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. In total, each apartment can host up to four guests. The K401, K402, K405 and K406 apartments feature a private semi-outdoor balcony. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available in a communal area on the floor, shared among K401, K403, K404 studios.

Welcome to the K4.0 Apartments, located in Vardaris — a neighborhood full of history and local color. This is the zero point of Thessaloniki, the spot from which all distances to other cities are measured, often called the city’s “official center.” Vardaris is one of the most authentic parts of the city. Here, you’ll get a real taste of local life — from traditional bakeries and family-run shops to cozy cafés where neighbors gather every day. It’s a lively, well-connected area, ideal for travelers who want to explore Thessaloniki’s genuine side while staying close to the city center. Public transportation is easily accessible. Just a few meters from the apartment, you’ll find bus stops and the “Dimokratias” metro station, offering connections in all directions — including routes to and from the airport, train station, and central bus station, all within walking distance. If you’re traveling by car, a private parking facility is available just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Parking spaces in the city center are limited, so we kindly recommend informing us in advance to ensure availability.
