The maisonettes are located in Geoponika settlement near the village of Nea Kallikrateia. GAIA MAISONETTES complex offers four identical, beautiful and comfortable maisonettes which are tastefully decorated. Our Maisonettes are 62m2 and suitable for max 6 people (4 adults + 2 children) . They consists of a sitting room and a kitchen fully equipped with electrical appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. Furthermore there is one bedroom in the upper floor and two other rooms which can accomodate the guests in sofa beds. You can also find two bathrooms equipped with all the bath amenities and towels. At the exterior of the residence, there is a veranda with comfortable furniture from where you can enjoy the beautiful garden of the complex. There is a common laundry room for the needs of the guests.

Geoponika settlement is an area that people from Thessaloniki built their summer houses. This is the reason of the tranquil atmosphere of the area. In 300 meters distance you can visit the awarded from the program of the blue flag sandy beach. Besides the beautiful sea you can find beach bars and taverns.
