A comfortable and bright apartment, very close to the city center is waiting to host you to explore the city of Ioannina.
It is located on the first floor of a two-story building, in a quiet area of the city, and has a convenient parking.
The apartment is fully equipped, providing all the comforts to make you feel like your home.
Near the house there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and cafes. The access to the lake of Ioannina is direct from the house at a distance of 300 meters. At a distance of 50 meters there is a bus stop with regular timetables to several directions, such as the university and the Douroutis General University Hospital. There is also a taxi rank 50 meters away.
