The apartment is located 120 m from the central square which connects the road to the beach, the central boulevard, the descent to the port and a beautiful picturesque lake which is 150 m from the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. However, there are ashtrays on the balcony for you. Please follow the house rules. The host will also offer you a ride on his private boat around the beautiful town of Agios Nikolaos weather permitting of course.
