Kalista Superior room is a brand new apartment, completely renovated in 2020, lavishly furnished with a minimalist character and attention to details, earth colours and high quality accessories, located in a safe & quite neighbourhood of Spata. The apartment is 110 sq. m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is finely furnished and composed of a large and bright living room, a dining area, an office and a side fully-equipped kitchen with all electricity devices, where you can prepare your own dishes. The living room consists of a big sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, a TV stand and a flat TV screen. The office region consists of a big desk and an office chair, and the dining area of a big table with 6 chairs. The bedrooms include 1 double bed, a large closet and a sunny balcony and the stylish modern bathroom provides you with a rain-style shower, complimented by bath-care products. There is also a small WC for the guests next to the entrance. Also, this apartment provides you with a balcony overlooking the main street of the town. You can find a big bakery, coffee shops, gas stations and α stadium on the next road.
