The staff are wonderful! We liked that it was close to shopping and food and we could walk to both. The manager came outside and helped us park. That was so nice of him!

Very nice staff, clean rooms, amazing views overlooking the sea. The beds are big. The room is compact. Breakfast is fresh but not abundant. Excellent value for money. We were very lucky because we got a parking space.

The manager Nicaulus was amazing. Gave us a map when we arrived and pointed out places to see. He also recommended restaurants that were excellent. The breakfast was ok but could be improved. Room was perfect.

Outstanding hospitality from the managers Costas and Nicholas who bent over backwards to accomodate all of our requests. We had a twin room ( and the beds were one metre apart and not glued together like most twin rooms). Most of all the location was simply stunning with our balcony looking right onto the sea and the venetian castle in the port

Wonderful breakfast. In January, it is the off-peak season for Heraklion, with not many tourists around. During those days, we might have been the only guests at the hotel. Despite the low occupancy, we were not treated with any neglect. Every staff member made us feel at home, and their fluent English made communication smooth. The hotel's location is excellent, offering beautiful views of the sea and the fortress. Taking a stroll along the seaside was a great choice. We are very pleased with our decision to stay at this hotel!

Had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The location of this place was amazing, walkable distance to the centre, museums and right in front of the sea . We had the best view of the Rocca a marre Fortress and the sea from our room. Our host was also very helpful, arranged a taxi for us for our very early morning ferry :)

Everything was nice. Hotel is on nice Location that is first what we liked . Infront of Sea and few min from centrum of city where is so much nice restaurants and food is amazing . In November already all things are closed but was nice warm/hot . First beach is Amurada 15 min by taxi 18e By bus 2e. Hotel staff was so nice. Woman on reception was always nice and she has lovely smile. Special Thanks to housekeeping they were so nice and they were helping on brekfast and room was perfect clean and always fresh They were frendly,nice and always ready to help.
